FAQ
Do you offer home service for all services?
Yes! Most of our services — including haircuts, styling, facials, massage, and manicure/pedicure — are available as home visits. Some specialist services may require a salon visit. Contact us to confirm for your specific request.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. For same-day appointments, call us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Is The Prince Salon really for men too?
Absolutely — and this is something we feel strongly about. Our barbering, grooming, massage, and facial services are all crafted specifically with men in mind. The space, products, and our team are all trained to serve men and women with equal skill and comfort.
We use only premium, dermatologist-approved products suitable for all skin types and hair textures. We’re happy to tell you exactly what we’re using at any point during your service.
Do you offer group bookings or event services?
Yes! We cater for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and group bookings. Contact us early so we can put together a custom package that works for your group and occasion.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a small fee. We understand life happens — just let us know as early as possible.
